Driveway Resurfacing Gold Coast

Over time, a driveway can start to deteriorate and look attractive for your home. While concrete is a durable material, it can break down over the years, crack, chip and worsen over time. Like this…

SEQ Construction

Your driveway is a focal point of the home as it is a large piece of the overall look and its aesthetics. In addition, a deteriorated driveway can become a safety hazard for you and pedestrians on the street.

The good news is that this can be repaired and rejuvenated using a variety of different techniques and styles.

The team from SEQ Concreting are your local experts in driveway restoration and resurfacing. We can turn your tired driveway into a stunning feature for your home or business.

Often, people will choose a decorative concrete option to make the driveway more visually appealing and add value to the home. There are a number of options to choose from as seen below.

Covercrete

Also known as Covacrete, is a popular choice for homeowners. It’s a surface coated finish that can be styled in a variety of ways and comes in a range of colours. The spray-on product is textured and non-slip which is ideal for sloping or steep driveways in wet weather. This product will make the driveway last longer and covers any previous defects.

Coloured Concrete

This type of concrete resurfacing can be applied in a range of different colours to complement your home and the landscape and surroundings. Coloured concrete can be used anywhere you would normally use plain concrete including driveways, pool areas, entertainment areas and shed slabs. We can create unique patterns and finishes that will add value to your home and make for a pleasant environment.

Stamped Concrete

Yet another popular choice in resurfaced concrete. While this type of concrete resurfacing looks similar to stenciled concrete, the process is different in terms of the concrete mixture used and finishing technique. We use a large rubber stamp to imbed a pattern while the concrete is drying. There is an extensive range of finishes and colours to choose from, styled to suit your surroundings.

Exposed Aggregate

This style of concrete resurfacing is well known and popular for many years. We can resurface existing concrete with a new layer of concrete, then apply the exposed aggregate finish to the new surface. This style of driveway restoration can also include patterns on the bordered edges and inside the surface area for a more defined look. This type of concrete resurfacing will also hide imperfections and debris that may land on the surface over smoother styles of resurfacing. This can of course be washed away with a hose or using a blower.

We can advise what the best option can be for your situation to help achieve the look and style for your home that you desire.
